Trade can seek clarification on Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax related issues pertaining to the information processed through ACES & ICES under the following 3 Categories:
- Assessment Related Issues
- Procedural Delays Related Issues
- Systems Related issues
While sending mail to Chief Commissioner's Office, kindly see that your query contains the following details without fail:
- Your PAN based Registration Number
- Location Code, Range Name and Division Name
- Details of the Bill (in ICES) and the details of the Return (in ACES)
- The Category under which you seek the HELPLINE: (please mention ONE of the following: Assessment Related / Procedural Delay Related /System Related Issues in ACES and ICES )
- Your Address, Contact Number and E-mail address
- Nature of help required by you. Please explain in detail. Attachments can also be sent
