While sending mail to Chief Commissioner's Office, kindly see that your query contains the following details without fail:

  • Your PAN based Registration Number
  • Location Code, Range Name and Division Name
  • Details of the Bill (in ICES) and the details of the Return (in ACES)
  • The Category under which you seek the HELPLINE: (please mention ONE of the following: Assessment Related / Procedural Delay Related /System Related Issues in ACES and ICES )
  • Your Address, Contact Number and E-mail address
  • Nature of help required by you. Please explain in detail. Attachments can also be sent
